Sispec stands for school of infantry specialist. It is a place to train sect comd or in short specialist. Then you will go thru BSLC(basic section leader course)and get posted out to other unit other than guards and infantry to further you sect comd skill then become third sergeant. Those that stay behind will be future infantry and guards sect comd by going thru ASLC(advanced section leader course)and then become third sergeant after that.
