tml end of 4th week liao...alot quizzes are coming up on the way.saturday morning hafta go alexandra hospital for a talk, afternoon hafta go Teochew building to take award.after spending time with my class, everyone's quite friendly towards each other lahz...well, we hafta spend the rest of our 3 yers together!haha...
so far SPadventurers n cls still haven inform me of any events or wad lor...so still quite slack.i will be going for the adventurer upgrading course la...6 mth course!i feel tt i should participate actively in tt cca coz i haf the adventure spirit in me...tt's all for now.need to wait for further notice.

well, i searched the net and it seems that no one on earth is able to give a clear n direct explaination.everyone have their own personal view of what life actually is...i came across a few sites that state the reaon, but is that really true?

aft sch went cut my hair coz my parents nagging tt my hair v long liao le...now my hair is short!haha...very cooling compared to last time.was trying to style my hair yesterday but dunno how la...haha.got any experts can help me???
actually we supposed to be having dinner at sunset way but e place close so ended up at clementi.went the s11 beside NTUC to eat "zi-char" lor...ordered 4 dishes n 6 rice total cost abt $**, aiya cannot put e price here coz dunno ahma will come my blog anot ma.haha...they bought a cake for her also.eat finish went a playground opposite e kopitiam to cut e cake or should i say "to play with e cake"???eat the cake for a while den the cream-war starts...haha.peiboon n rily actually caught hold of ahma liao but dunno why suddenly let go lehz, so kaili n cecilia wasnt able to smear e cake on her face...then i went up to grab hold of her.from tt time onwards, her face got e cake cream liao le!haha...
well, we clean up e place den went mac to wash up...sit there talk talk for a while den go home liao.
today lesson at 10.so now can be here to type all these down...3rd week since school start, kind of get used to the time table liao.

First Singapore Fireworks Festival
This year’s fireworks display will not be just on National Day, 9 August, but over three consecutive Sundays – 1, 8 and 15 August. One of the most popular and exciting attractions for residents of Singapore, the fireworks display has now been developed into a full festival.
In conjunction with the Celebrate Singapore initiatives, UnUsUaL Design & Communications is organising the first-ever fireworks festival to be held in Singapore. The festival will see teams from the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore launching some of the world’s finest and most spectacular pyrotechnic effects, all expertly choreographed to music.
The first Singapore Fireworks Festival starts on 1 August with the team from Hong Kong. Then on each of the following two Sunday nights, the teams from Singapore and USA will present their 6- to 10-minute display.
World-class performance can be guaranteed as the visiting teams are all established performers who have participated in other international events, say the organisers.
Best viewing areas for the displays will be the Marina South Park, Padang, Fort Canning Park, and hotels and restaurants fronting the Marina Bay. Another idea is to be on a boat in the Bay itself, as a number of tour operators will be organising special fireworks cruises on the three nights of the festival.
For spectators in the Marina Promenade stands, the display will be truly magnificent: fireworks will soar from the banks of the Singapore River, with the bridge and an illuminated downtown serving as a backdrop.
Sound equipment will be installed along the promenade for broadcasting the background music of the displays. Mediacorp Singapore will also broadcast the music simultaneously. So those who cannot join the crowds will just have to listen and imagine the splendour!
The fireworks blast-off times are 8 pm on 1 and 15 August, and 8.30 pm on 8 August, but as admission is free, a large crowd is expected and those wanting a good view of the spectacular pyrotechnics will have to take up their preferred spots earlier in the day.
Complementing the fireworks festival will be a 16-day carnival at the Marina Promenade, which will take on the look of an amusement park with rides and more than 100 stalls selling food and other merchandise. There will also be outdoor concerts. This event is expected to draw close to 200,000 spectators each week, including tourists from neighbouring countries.

某國的國防部緊急招兵，一位鄉下的農民也被徵召，軍中給了他們三天的訓練。
第一天教刺槍術，在發刺槍時，發到農夫前一位就發完了，班長就拿了一隻棍子給他， 告訴他：
「當敵人來的時候拿著刺刀說：『這是刺槍，這是刺槍，我刺！刺！刺！......』敵人就會死了。」
第二天教步槍，在發步槍時，發到農夫前一位就發完了，班長就拿了一隻掃把給他，告訴他：
「當敵人來時拿著步槍說：『這是步槍，這是步槍，我BON！ BON！BON！.....』敵人就會死了。」
沒想到第三天TC兩國就開戰了。農夫也只好勉強上戰場，突然，前面來了一個敵人。
農夫就拿出棍子說：「這是刺槍，這是刺槍......」可想而知，敵人當然沒事，
接著，農夫馬上拿出掃把說：「這是步槍，這是步槍，我BON！BON！BON！」敵人依然沒事，
而且慢慢逼近了。
農夫很緊張，想著自己可能要戰死沙場了，對不起家中的老小，正在難過的時候，敵人走到了他面前，並且把他撞倒在地上，然後朝著農夫身後直直的走去，嘴裡喃喃地唸著：
「這是坦克車，這是坦克車......」

pr: the library4a got alot cpu to use, but only 16-30 can print.cost about 1 cent per piece la...so i print finish onli about 20cents.

well, one week of school liao le.the current relation with all my classmates still good...all very easy to communicate.really glad that we have such a responsible class rep!reminding us of things to bring in case we forgotten...so far know about 3 people from the 1A01.

The Pyramids of Egypt are three pyramids at Giza, outside modern Cairo. The largest pyramid, built by Khufu (Cheops), a king of the fourth dynasty, had an original estimated height of 482 ft (now approximately 450 ft). The base has sides 755 ft long. It contains 2,300,000 blocks; the average weight of each is 2.5 tons. Estimated date of completion is 2680 B.C. Of all the Ancient Wonders, the pyramids alone survive.
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon were supposedly built by Nebuchadnezzar around 600 B.C. to please his queen, Amuhia. They are also associated with the mythical Assyrian queen, Semiramis. Archeologists surmise that the gardens were laid out atop a vaulted building, with provisions for raising water. The terraces were said to rise from 75 to 300 ft.
The Statue of Zeus (Jupiter) at Olympia was made of gold and ivory by the Greek sculptor Phidias (5th century B.C.). Reputed to be 40 ft high, the statue has been lost without a trace, except for reproductions on coins.

well, today will be the frist day of actual school.my first lesson starts at 11 for today so here i am now, typing this entry.haha...the time table abit blur blur de coz got some is alternate weeks onli.oh ya, i wan thank ZHEN[our class chairperson] for reminding the rest of the class that todya's lesson starts at 11 not the usual 8.think he will be quite a good chairperson la coz of e responsibility...haha.as for the assistant chairperson i still dunno her name yet lor.
hope that today[e first day of sch] will be quite a pleasant one la...need to jiayou liao!!!

went for games day today...i was in peter, vanessa, yiyun n [i dunno how to spell his name].haha!well, the good thing is that got a number of people who went CLS camp de...played few games, sing cheers, dance n some stuff before lunch.after lunch, we had the amazing race!total got 6 stations to complete before we can end the game...e orange game is REALLY disgusting lor!!!wa piangz...one bite den all the juices splashes out!but the best part of all is, OREO is the fastest team!woo-la-la...
made quite a number of new frens mostly from DBMDT.aft e dismissal took some new friend's number before going home...
monday studying liao le....haiz.need pia le wor~!time table really S**Ks lehz.well, guess i just hafta face it liao...
