Finally i completed my driving course and pass it too... next up would be few weeks of OM course before i get my BLACK beret. OM course is some sort of repairing work for the engines and parts, so basically i would be a technician as well...

booked out early on friday nite at about 8pm... went to Clark Quay The Clinic wif xianghui, ivan, guankai, peiwen and kiatwee. haha... first time there so when we saw the price list we were quite shocked. haha... we ordered one pack of drip and two fruit punches since kw n me were driving. then we head on to newton for food... haha.

last night went Minds Cafe again, but this time we went the Princep's branch. that place was so crowded... this time only 4 person went. haha... xianghui, ivan, peiwen and me. we played some new games and had fun though only few people. haha...

seems that the YGS grp is not as active as before le... it's quite obvious. haha... last time everyone are so enthusiastic to drive out that we even have 4-5vehicles. but i guess some got tired of driving, yet trying not to spend on cab as well... so what do we get?

-13 October 2007-

3 weeks in SAR40 le...

throughout these 3 weeks, i have been asking around ways to get into sispec but seems that the option is less than 10%. haha... anyway during the 3 weeks, i learn how to drive the M113 on flat terrian and also cross country terrian. we also learn skills like breaking of tracks, roadwheels, setting up signal set and some operations tht have to carry out before and after mission.

well, the training was ok... only problem is the lack of sleep. imagine when u go back to your bunk at about 1am and everyone else is already sleeping... after doing all the bathing n stuff, u sleep at 130am. next morning or should i say few hours later, u have to fall in together wif the rest at 530am.

everyone tot driver have good life... ya as if. the time taken for us to do maintenance is longer and more tedious than the troopers cleaning there weapons~! ha~!

haiz... but what to do but to get on with it. i made a wrong choice during BMT, now i will suffer cos of my mistake...
