Bike Hike Recce (1/5-2/5)

Reached East Coast Park around 8:20pm on 01May.Went the nice nice Mac there to find my sister's friend...makan ice-cream(waffle-cone) then went collect bike around 9++.then we had briefing and the distribution of lightsticks and bike lights.After that my sis went off with few of her friends to recce first.i went along with the rest, led by Ben and Wanling, to the Bedok Food Centre...we took quite some time travelling there due to the trafic.there we waited for my sis's group and took a break before setting off again in 4 groups to get to Changi Village. I was in my sis's group(grp2:my sis, wanling, likoon, ryan, constance and xiaohui).unfortunately we got lost in HDB estates...haha.then travel to the Bedok Reservoir where grp 1 was already there.top-up the water bottles and set off soon.the tough part of the route!man, we had to cycle along TPE and even have to cross it!omg...!the rest of the journey is mostly upslopes so very tiring lohz...got alot Malays on those bikes with motors and the booming of their bikes are really terrifying!haha...cycle for some time then get to Changi V! exhausted sia...but this is not the end, yet.went Changi Beach played some games and we were all stuck at the part whereby one of the team member have to balance on the bike for 5seconds.Due to time constrains, we left the place at around 4:30am.Rode all the way to East Coast Park on the Airport Road.This is the best part!the road is ours!haha...there were very few on the road.And we can cycle at our own pace.Nice lehz...can see the stars while cycling and somemore can see airplanes landing at Changi Airport.Ben told us that we have to cycle 9.5km!haha...made our way to Bedok Jetty asap so that we can see the sunrise but on our way there we saw lot's of lightning flashes in the cloudy sky.Not sure what time we reached Bedok Jetty but we managed to catch the glimpse of the sunrise(i got take photo!).The guys slept for a while lohz...the girls all still very awake sia.haha...then around 8, we cycled at top speed to get to Mac for BREAKFAST!!!haha...returned the bikes and took bus home lohz.reached home around 1030! then bath and SLEEP!

Really enjoyed the ride although i might be the extra there.haha...hope got one more recce lehz!June is the actual bike hike and i think i going lohz...those participating are mostly JC1 students from dunno wad school de lahz.Now leg damn tired coz of too much lactic acid in them!haha...

Anyway, this is my first entry horz...still figuring out how to blog.haha.
